This is really delicious for microwaveable food. Unlike Ramen, these noodles come pre-cooked and sealed in plastic, so there's no need to boil water.
In two minutes, the noodles are the perfect texture. I wouldn't call the sauce spicy, but it's well seasoned, and it's more balanced than most Ramen flavors. It also comes with peanut topping, which gives it a nice crunch.
The only downside is that one small bowl of noodles is 620 calories, but as an occasional lunch treat, it couldn't hurt.
