this actually has 4 calories per packet
So, if you use 4 in a large cup of coffee like I do, then you are actually getting 16 calories. Also I use this in my tomato sauce to make ketchup which adds calories.
I think Splenda and Equal should be re-verified to show the actual calorie content per packet.

Splenda is GREAT and HAS ZERO calories - are you saying the label is untrue? I have enjoyed it for over 3 years and I must say I have lost weight and its tasty. Does not make me feel like I am sacrificing taste for diet!

"Though most are not aware, Splenda packets contain some calories (because it is packaged with a filler, dextrose, which is just a fancy name for glucose). " If this is true why not show it in the verified calorie entry? I realize it is a minnute #, but for those of us who use large amounts it could add up!
