This is a great sandwich. To save about 60 calories, hold the turkey bacon. Just the egg & lowfat cheese on the english muffin is tasty enough.

Dry, tasteless, you can go to McDonalds and get an EggMcMuffin that tastes better and has 30 fewer calories.

This is a very good sandwich. Whole Wheat English Muffin makes this an excellent alternative. I hold the turkey bacon that saves at least 70 calories. At times I will also skip the cheese. It is very tastey and great for a breakfast on the run.
