Okay in a pinch, but overpriced and too much sodium. Got this because I had a gift card; wished I had chosen the feta wrap instead. Sausage is very "fake." Don't know how this nutrition info here on Livestrong was "verified" because it doesn't match the info found here: http://www.starbucks.com /menu/food/hot-breakfast /reduced-fat-turkey-baco n-with-egg-whites-on-an- english-muffin
Obviously, something with bread and sausage can't possibly have 0mg of Sodium as suggested here. Starbucks says this sandwich contains 700mg of Sodium.
