The bell pepper got kinda soggy...I've never had stuffed bell peppers, so I don't know if this is normal. It had a touch more salt than I would like, but was tolerable. The best part was the tomato sauce, but I'm biased because I love tomato sauce. This was okay for a quick lunch, and I may have it again. My biggest complaint? There are two peppers in the box, but they are not packaged individually. So you can't save one to cook later. So of course I ended up eating them both.
