this has nothing to do with the taste exactly...what I mean is-it's great, but if you are diabetic or a cardiac patient, don't eat it as this has 1190mg sodium!!! This is not good at all for anyone. How can one maintain good healthy blood pressure from eating a sub that is to be healthy when it is not. Subway needs to create sandwiches/subs with extreme low sodium levels. Did you know that Sodium constricts your blood vessels making it harder for the blood to flow? Check with your dietitian or physician before eating anything claiming to be healthy for you from fast food restaurants.
