I like this one the best. I mix it really, really thick (like, maybe 1/3 cup water per scoop); ends up like a dessert pudding. In low carb world, I sometimes put a dollop of whipped cream on there. Or, on very special occasions, I put a layer of cream cheese (about a tablespoon) into the bottom of a clear glass, then spoon in the Syntrax, then the whipped cream.

Absolutely decadent! Here's an idea: blend with one cup light vanilla soy milk -- for more nutrition add 1 small container Fage 2% plain yogurt. Distribute the contents in equal portions in cleaned, old yogurt containers, up to about 1/4" from the rim. Wrap the tops with clear plastic and secure with a rubber band. Gently poke a hole in the center and insert a popsicle stick. Freeze. Whoa hooo hoooo what a snack treat!
