This is awesome. I love food with flavor and this has it. It has a nice sweet, mildly spicy taste and moist grilled chicken. You can takst all the ingrdients the oranges, onion, cilantro, and brocoli... mmmmmm you don't realize its low fat.

I enjoyed the dish but am frustrated that I cannot compare this calorie amount to the TGI Friday site officially. They don't seem to publish the nutritional information at the restaurant, on the menu, or online, unless I'm missing something. For 437 calories, does that include the rice and broccoli or are those separate calorie values?

This was a very tasty dish! So far it's my favorite at TGI Friday's. Spicey!
Fairly low in calories considering that your in a Sports Bar.
Lots of veggies too!

Really moist chicken. Really flavorful sauce. Really nicely steamed broccoli. Did not feel like healthy food!

This was sooo good. The rice has a delicious coconut flavor that was unecspected. I'm going to have to experiment by cooking my rice with coconut water. The chicken was perfect...anything but the blah and bland chicken you'd usually find on the low fat menues.
