I think the website might have the wrong information - the salad has a piece of grilled chicken on top, and the nutritional information listed states 0g protein. I'm curious about the salad, it was extremely tastey. The dressing is tart and tangy, the strawberries were fresh, and the pecans plentiful. I wonder if a heavier drenching of pecans increases the fat/calorie content. As a healthier alternative on the menu, it was filling and tastebud satisfying - I worry it isn't 500 calories, though, and at the very least, your information lacks protein count of the chicken.

this salad is good have eaten a couple of times. tasty healthy. Just wondering why it says 0 for protein since there is chicken in it??

One of the best salads I have eaten. I highly doubt it has 500 calories w/chicken. I am a vegetarian so I always get it w/out chicken and the dressing on the side. Huge serving! This is the only meal I get at T.G.I.Fridays

No way this is 500 calories and the pecan crusted chicken salad was 1300 or something. (it was in the new york food label article). It is so hard to find good nutritional info for this place though!!!
