The salad was generally good. Definitely didn't have all the yummy things that add so many calories to other salads. But in its favor - it was huge. You could easily split it. But ask for extra dressing if you do.

I give it four stars, no so much for taste, which was fine, but because NOTHING else at Cheesecake Factory can rival it for low calories!

I thought this was a great option. Good flavor, chicken was sparse but enough and cut up in very small pieces mixed throughout. I got a to-go box and put half of the salad in at the beginning of a meal and ate if for lunch the next day (w/ my own lf seasme dressing) So I thought of it as a $6.50 meal b/c it was enough for two.

Salad had a bitter taste to it. All the greens were shredded into very fine pieces. I prefer my greens in larger pieces. Very little chicken. I would not order it again, especially at $12.95.
