This chicken has a good flavor with out the sauce being too heavy. I think considering the amount of protein and fat, this is a nice healthy meal we had over brown rice but could just as easily be served over greens for a lighter dinner.

This chicken is seriously amazing, and cooks in the microwave! It is the perfect quick dinner over some rice, and it definitely tastes like it's worse for you than it is! Whenever I'm craving chinese food without all the calories, this is what I go for.

Yummmmm I love this chicken. It's my favorite frozen meal and for 150 calories you get a whole cup, which is a lot of chicken!!!! I suggest though that after you cook the chicken, before adding the sauce, you should drain the fat from the bowl because there is some fat juice that will solidify the next day in your leftover, gross. I like to eat it over rice and it is great for dinner and families!

This is my favorite thing to eat in the world.
I have trouble believing the calories are that low...
Update... I was right!
Just weighed the boneless, skinless chicken leg meat. There were 17 oz. in the package. That would be approximately 250 calories per serving considering the package says there 3.5 servings in the package...and that's without any sauce. No wonder I'm not losing any weight. I eat this all the time. So with the sauce i would guess an additional 100 or so calories per serving

Fantastic. Grilled chicken strips, and good sauce. Not too salty, tastes like it just came from the grill. This is not fried. Microwave in 5 mins makes it easy to prepare. Bag says 3 servings but we got more like 5 from this. Paired with some nice rice, and you have a good meal.
Frankly, I was shocked at how good this is, and will be buying a few bags next time I am near Trader Joes. Beats the local Chinese spot easily.
