I love these crackers! You get a large satisfying portion for 110 calories. They taste like oriental style crackers and have a relatively low level of sodium. They are also cheap per bag at about $2.25 I believe. They also contain omega-3 fatty acids (flax seeds), which in the absence of good salmon recently is a nice thing!
I eat them with home made hummus on a plate with red grapes and baby carrots. They have a nice crunch though they are relatively bland, so I recommend with other flavors.
