Delicious - rich, creamy, non-dairy. Has a naturally sweet taste. I usually add black pepper, crushed red chili flakes and a little ginger powder while it is warming up. At the same time I roast a 1/4 cup of raw pumpkin seeds in a pan, then throw them into the soup when they start to "pop". they make a nice sizzling sound when they hit the soup! I also keep a box of this soup in my fridge and drink it for a nice cold afternoon snack.
