One might expect this cereal to taste like cardboard circles that could give your jaw a cramp but actually it has a sweetness (not sugary-ness) and a light crunch. In fact, the danger is eating too much and subsequently making several trips to the bathroom! A yummy way to get lots of fiber.

Surprisingly, I like these both dry as a crunchy snack and with light soy milk. I agree they have a sweet essence that is subtle and complements the sweetness of soy milk. Never had it with cow milk as I am lactose intolerant.
