These are delicious when you just crave something sweet with only 8 calories per piece. Of course, it has sugar alcohols so eating too many may cause some gastric upset.

Werther's Original Sugar Free candies deliver much of the creamy sweetness of their non-sugar-free cousins, but are about 25% smaller, and so last a shorter time in your mouth. They are lower in calories, but given that a single piece of the non-sugar-free variety has 20 calories, while the sugar-free has 8, there's little to be saved by losing the sugar (Werther's Sugar-Free uses asulfame-k, the same artificial sweetener in "Sweet One") unless you're specifically avoiding sugar in your diet.
