Description
  Pancreas Transplant

The healthy pancreas is obtained from a donor who has suffered brain-death, but remains on life-support.

  Parathyroidectomy

Parathyroidectomy is done while you are under general anesthesia (unconscious and pain-free).

  Patent Urachus Repair

While the child is unconscious and pain-free (using general anesthesia), an incision is made in the lower abdomen.

  Pectus Excavatum Repair

There are two types of surgery to treat this condition -- open and closed.

  Pelvic Laparoscopy

While you are deep asleep and pain-free under general anesthesia, the doctor makes a half-inch surgical cut in the skin below the navel.

  Prostate Removal

An enlarged prostate can cause problems urinating and urinary tract infections.

  Pyloroplasty

The surgery is done while the patient is under general anesthesia (unconscious and pain-free).
