Upper Body Weight Training

Deadlift Setup & Clean Setup Differences

The deadlift and the clean are similar exercises that target the hamstrings; when performed correctly, both exercises work the whole body to raise a barbell. But before you try these exercises, be sure that you set up for them correctly. The setup is mildly different for the deadlift and clean, but without the correct form for either exercise you cannot successfully perform them and get the strength results you desire.
