Chest Dips Without a Belt

Chest dips target your pectoral muscles and rely on your ability to lift your body weight. A chest dip is similar to a pushup, except that you perform the move standing up rather than in a horizontal position. When done correctly, your body weight is usually sufficient for toning your chest muscles so you do not need a belt, which adds more weight to your chest dips. Once you know the correct technique, chest dips can be an effective way for you to tone your pectorals.
