I'm Jeremy Shore for LIVESTRONG.COM, this is how to be more flexible for soccer. Soccer is a dynamic sport, made up of running, jumping, kicking, sprinting and quickly changing directions. A combination of both dynamic flexibility and mobility moves, are a great way to prepare to play this great sport. Here are four moves you can try out right now. The first, is a quad stretch to leg swing, targeting the quadriceps and the hamstrings in one dynamic movement. Grab the foot over the laces, chest tall, abs pulled in. Keep the glutes tight, stretch the quad and then, release the foot, kicking through, dynamic leg swing. Catching the foot after each kick through, in ten repetitions and switch legs. From there, we'll create hip mobility with a step over. Sit up nice and tall, you're going to bring the knee out and over, as if stepping over a fence, alternating legs. Stay nice and tall, get the abs pulled in, get the knee up as high as you can and over. From there, we'll combine two moves, a lateral lunge, targeting the adductor complex, the inner thigh. Keeping a flat back, foot, knee and shoulder in line. And we'll immediately take that lead foot, let it travel behind the rear foot, dropping down into a courtesy lunge, stretching the glute. Keep the hips forward, put those together like this. Ten repetitions and switch sides.
