I'm Jeremy Shore for LIVESTRONG.COM and this is biceps exercises for skinny guys. Exercises that target the biceps in various ways and using different tools are great ways to build the biceps and also add definition. Try these three excellent biceps moves. First we'll start with a kettle bell crush curl. Grip the kettle bell, the fingers wide, and the handle facing away from you. Stand tall with a wide bend in the knees, calves are pulled in and chest up. From there curl the kettlebell up towards your chest, taking it through a full range of motion breathing deeply through the nose. Next we'll move into a super band concentration curl. Step in to the super band about hip to shoulder width apart, gripping the super band with one hand, stand tall, bring the opposite hand behind your back. From there, curl the super band up to your shoulder and control it back down. Do the given amount of reps and then switch hands. Your last great move is the incline dumbbell curl. Position your bench at an incline, take your dumbbells and lay back, palms facing forward, chest up, abs pulled in. From here you simply curl, bending at the elbows and control the weight down.
