Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez with LIVESTRONG.COM, and I'm going to teach you a few exercises to help you develop powerful toes. So, the first one is actually a plantar fascia stretch and you're going to stretch on a chair and you're going to go ahead and cross your, your ankle over the knee and then you're going to take all five fingers and you're going to thread them through all five toes. If you've never done this before it's kind of weird feeling and it looks a little funny too, but that's okay. You're going to roll your ankle and then you're going to roll it the opposite direction. And then you're going to release and you're going switch. And then the next exercise that you're going to do are just basic calf raises; but, I want you to really focus on putting the weight on your big toe and second toe and you're going to do about 30 in each position. Feet pointing straight ahead and then you're going to turn your toes out to the side and then you're going to repeat up and down and again, try to concentrate on putting the weight on your big toe and second toe. And then the last position, you're actually going to turn your toes in and do 30 here. And those are two really great exercises to develop powerful toes. I'm Amber Nimedez for LIVESTRONG.COM.
