Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez with LIVESTRONG.COM, and I'm going to teach you a sequence to tone your core. So, you're going to stand at the front of your mat, you're going to inhale your arms up and really stretch out your core here, maybe do a mini-back bend. Come on up, exhale, fly the arms down, feel the stretch in the back of the legs, inhale glance up, exhale fold. Step back into a plank position, really tighten up the abs here. You're going to push yourself back into the downward dog, lifting the right leg up, come back into plank, bring your knee to your chest, lift it back up into the air. Take that same knee to the outside of the right elbow, back up and outside to the left elbow and then right back up. Put the leg back down, back to the core position here, tighten up the abs, step up to your hands, fly the arms up, mini-back bend to stretch out those abs. Right back up, fly the arms down, feel the stretch in the back of the legs, inhale glance up, exhale fold. Step back into plank, tighten up your core here. Push your hips back into downward facing dog, lifting up the left leg. Bringing the knee in towards your chest, push it back up, go to the outside of the left elbow, push back up and outside of the right elbow and push that leg back up. Back to downward facing dog, come down onto your knees, child's pose, stretch your hips and your abs out. This yoga sequence will definitely help tone the core. I'm Amber Nimedez with LIVESTRONG.COM.
