Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez with LIVESTRONG.COM, and I'm going to teach you how to get a sculpted butt. So, the first thing that you're going to do is go a nice wide stance with your legs about a little bit wider than shoulder width apart and then, bring your arms out in front, squat down, weight in the heels and then come right back up, squeeze your gluts every time you come up. You're going to go down and then up. Concentrate on the glut itself, pushing your butt back, sticking your chest out and standing straight up squeezing the gluts. Down and up; down and up. Down and up. You want to do about 15 of those. And then, you're going to go into some lunges in each direction. So, I'm going to put my hands on the hips to keep my chest up nice and high. I'm going to take a big step forward, bend down and then come right back up to the standing position here. And then to the side, I'm just going to bend that right leg and then come right back up. And then, I'm going to go behind and stand right back up and I'm going to switch legs. So, left foot out in front and then to the side and to the back. And then I'm going to repeat, this side and you really want to feel this in your gluts and your quads; and left and side and then to the back. So, you're going to want to repeat that about ten times each side. And these are exercises that will really sculpt and firm your butt. Probably the number one request from women that I get.
