Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez for LIVESTRONG.COM, and today I'm going to teach you a good routine for ballerinas. Ballerinas have nice long legs and nice toned arms. So, I'm going to teach you a couple of exercises for your triceps. So, I'm going to have you start with your feet hip width apart, you're going to have a slight bend in the knee and then you're going to bend your elbows just slightly and then you're going to keep them back. And then, after you do about ten, you're going to hold it here keeping that nice neutral spine, tucking that core in and you're going to pulse up. And then, what I'm going to have you do is pulse in. So, you will feel this in your triceps and then, you're going to combine the two. You're going to pulse up, then in, pulse up, then in; pulse up, then in. Your arms will be shaking. And then the last one that I'm going to show you is a nice wide second plie stance. You're going to squat down, arms facing each other and then you're going to bicep curl up and the rotate them back down. And up and down. So, this one you're going to feel it in your legs and you're also going to feel it in your biceps. Do about three sets of ten for each exercise.
