You're going to inhale, raise the arms up, interlace the fingers together. You're going to go ahead and lean over to the right side, feel the stretch in the outer part of your left side, opening up the right side of your body as well; back to center and then over to the other side. Really stretching out your side body and back up. And you're going to repeat this about ten times; and up and then to the other side, really stretching your body and then back up. The second one you're going to do is the triangle pose and I'm going to go ahead and widen out my feet to about, it's a little bit wider than shoulder width apart. Feet pointing straight ahead; I'm going to externally rotate my left foot out to the side, make sure my heel is in line with my arch. Arms out to the side, opening up the chest, I'm going to shift my hips over to the right and then shift my ribcage to the left and then lower my self down as far as you can go. You can place the hand on the ankle and really open up your chest or you can place the hand in front, whatever is comfortable for you. Look up at your hand and again, you're really stretching out your side body here and tightening the other side. And hold for about 30 seconds to about a minute and then use your obliques, really tighten them up to pull you right back up to the starting position. And then you'll switch sides. So, you're going to rotate your left foot in, externally rotate your right foot out, making sure that the heel is right in line with your arch and then you're going to shift your hips left, shift your ribcage right and then bend down at the waist, placing your hand on your ankle or down on the floor, whatever is comfortable for you.
