Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez for LIVESTRONG.COM and I'm going to teach you a few tricep activities. So, the first one that you're going to do is a tricep push up on your knees. Hands down on the floor, shoulders over your hands, nice, tight core, and you're just going to bring your elbows in as closest to your body as you can and then push yourself right back up. The tighter your core, the easier this will be. If you have that down, you can go ahead and try in a full plank position; squeezing your core, your gluts and your thighs together, lower yourself down to exhale, push yourself up and down. The other one is just a seated tricep. And the first way you can do it is hands facing your toes and all you're going to do is bend your arms. So, bend and then push straight up. Bend and up, bend and up. A little bit harder is just raising your glutes up in the air and then bending your arms down and up. Down and up. Down and up. And then to make it really difficult, extend your legs out, flex your feet up, tighten up your core, lift your hips and same thing. If you're doing it right, you'll feel your triceps, maybe they're shaking a little bit; but that's how you know you're doing them correctly. Those are a few tricep activities that'll get them nice and tone. I'm Amber Nimedez with LIVESTRONG.COM.
