Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez for LIVESTRONG.COM and I'm going to teach you how to naturally enlarge our glutes. The bridge is an exercise that will definitely do that. So, you're going to go ahead and sit down on your mat, feet about hip distance apart and I'm going to use this Yoga block to put right in between my knees so I make sure that they don't go out, okay, or in. So, I'm going to go ahead and lay down on my back and I'm going to flip my palms facing up and scoot my feet in towards my body just a little bit. And I want you to do is lift up your hips nice and high, squeeze your glutes and then bring it right back down. And then up and down; try to relax your upper body as much as you can and then if this is too easy for you, I want you to lift up your toes and up and down. If you're doing it correctly, you will feel it in the back of your glutes and even the back of the hamstrings. Do about 30 of these and then when you're done, hold at the top and what I want you to do here is pulse up about an inch. Okay. And then, you'll really feel your glutes on fire, about 30 times. When you're done with 30, hold it up and we're only going to work the right side. So, the right side is just going to kind of pulse up and you're going to bring it back down. So, you're adding a little bit of twisting motion to your body. You do about 15 here and then you're going to reverse to your left. Keeping your hips up nice and high, hip comes up. Your glutes, your hamstring should all be firing right now. And then, you can go back to the beginning just down and then up, down and up; about 30 more times. And if you get tired, you can just put your feet down, take a rest; but try to get up nice and high and remember to squeeze your glutes at the top of the lift.
