Feet facing forward, you're going to inhale, rise your arms up, exhale fold at the waist, feel the stretch in the back of the legs, let the head drop. Inhale, glance up; exhale fold. You're going to step your legs back into a plank position and then all you're going to do here is you're going to lift your right leg up and then your left. And then you're going to push yourself back into a downward facing dog and really stretch here. You'll feel the pull on the back of the leg and if you have to, you could bend your knees. And then you're going to repeat. So, you're going to step back up, rise your arms up, exhale fold, inhale glance up, exhale fold. Step back into plank, nice tight core, lift up your right leg; you'll feel that in your glute and then your left. Push into downward facing dog; then, if you need to, bend your legs, raise up on your toes and come back down.
