Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez for LIVESTRONG.COM and I'm going to teach you a circuit to help you slim down for bathing suit season. So, the first one I'm going to do is a burpee. Okay. So, you're just going to stand feet hip width apart, bend down, jump out into a plank, jump back in and then stand straight up. Down and up. After you do about ten of those, you're going to go straight into squats, pushing the weight into the heels, raising your arms up nice and long and lean, feeling this in your glutes and your quads; squeeze your glutes on the way up. And then, we're going to go straight into a plank position; so, right down into a push up position. Squeeze your abs, I want you to squeeze your glutes, squeeze your thighs. If this is too hard, you can come down onto your knees or even onto your elbows. You're going to hold this for about one minute and then you're going to flip yourself around onto your backside. Lift your hips up nice and high and then, you're going to shift your weight back, bend the elbows and straighten them. Bend and straighten. And if this is too difficult for you, you can bring your butt down and then just bend back and straighten up. You're going to want to do that series about four times through, ten times each exercises. And those are the best ways to slim down for bathing suit season. I'm Amber Nimedez for LIVESTRONG.COM.
