Hello, my name is Amber Nimedez-Lyftogt with LIVESTRONG.COM, and today I'm going to teach you some good squats for women. So, the first one is just a free squat and your feet are going to be pointing straight ahead. Feet about shoulder width apart and you're going to bend down, chest is up, stick your butt out and then stand up, squeeze your gluts. And then right back down, chest is up, weight in the heels and come on back up. You're going to do about three sets of ten and this is really good because it attacks your glut area, keep your chest up nice and high and develops your quads, nice long lean muscles. So, your feet are going to be turning out to the side and then you're going to take your squat down and then you're going to push your knees out to the sides. So, you're going to feel this all along the back of the leg and your gluts. Arms out to the side, keeping your chest up nice and high and you're going to pulse down, down in each. You'll feel the burn in your quads and you're going to do about ten and then you can take a break and then do two more sets of ten. And those are some good squats for a woman to do.
