How to workout after work when I'm totally exhausted? Just don't sit down. Keep moving. A couple of things to remember you can pack your workout gear in your car. You can have your tennis shoes with you. Or if you are going home don't sit on the sofa. Walk into the house, get into your workout gear, go out for a 15 minute walk. Go out for a 15 minute jog. You just might find out that that 15 minutes maybe just what you needed to give you the energy to actually bump up your workout into a greater intensity. The most important thing to remember I know you guys are exhausted when you get off work. I know I've been there but check this out. Habit is key. Make sure that you stay in that habit no matter what it is. Losing that habit is just too hard to recover guys. Even if it's just five, ten, fifteen minutes of your time.
