A great exercise to slim the abdomen is using a stability ball for a side crunch. So bring the ball right next to your hip. And then lean sideways over the ball. You can leave one hand there for stability. And then bring the other hand behind your head and you are just going to bend your side. Bend your waist using your obliques. So you can make that more challenging reaching overhead and bringing your elbow down closer to your hip. That makes your range of motion a little bit bigger. Then when you fatigue that side come into some elbow planks. So bring your forearms onto the ball. Tuck your toes under and hold. Just hold that for as long as you can keeping good form. Keeping your tailbone tucked and your spine long. And when you are ready come down and switch sides. Remember if you really want to slim your waist cardio and diet are important. So make sure you are getting five to six days of cardio in 30 minutes a day. Get that heart rate up. And consume a good clean diet. These are ideas for how to slim the abdomen.
