Hey there, Jackie here of Jackie's Yoga Seattle today at Liz Doyle's Seattle Yoga Chalet talking about some yoga poses to heal the uterus. So starting with a Malasana squat, so placing the feet a little wider than hip width distance, bringing the elbows inside the knees and placing the palms together, starting to draw the chest up towards the thumbs and engaging that Mula Bandha, that drying up of the pelvic floor. From there, plant the hands in front of you to step a lot wider, preparing to come to a Goddess pose. So same position of the feet, maybe toes slightly out, heels slightly in, slowly draw the hips down, draw the arms up, exhale, elbows down, start to soften down into your seat, maybe even lift up your toes, starting to engage the quads as you again engage them in Mula Bandha. From here, coming out to come to lie on the back. So from here, we're going to place the feet about hip width distance pretty close to the bum. So from there we're going to start to prepare to go to a bridge pose, so palms face down and we're just going to flow in and out of it. So as you inhale, lift the hips as high as is comfortable, draw the arms up and as you exhale, lower everything down with control, moving in and out, really adjusting that pelvic tilt, scooping up and slowly drawing everything down with complete control. So those were some yoga poses to help heal the uterus. I hope you found they were helpful. I'm Jackie of Jackie's Yoga. Thanks.
