Hey there, Jackie here of Jackie's Yoga Seattle. Today at Liz Doyle's Seattle Yoga Shala. Talking about some yoga poses to relieve bloating. So these poses really help with bloating and digestion. The first thing we're going to start out with is just a supine twist. So come to lay on your back, draw the knees in, palm faced wide and down. As you squeeze the legs in, slowly let them fall over to one side, relaxing the upper body and really let the legs do the twist. So it's just kind of massaging and twisting your torso here. Starting to get maybe things moving in the belly. Come back to center, go ahead and do it on both sides and take your time. From there start to squeeze in with one leg holding the shin, extend the other. This is wind removing pose. And tightly, firmly towards the side of the body, really pulling it in as you extend long that other leg. Of course switch, do it on both sides. The next thing is rolling over to your belly preparing to come to a bow pose. So as you come to the belly, start to kick up the legs, try to grab the feet at the same time, tops of the feet. From there as you inhale, start to lift the chest and press the feet in to the palms. As you exhale, try to find even more space and with your breathe maybe you can find some space to try and rock back and forth and massage the belly. As you come out slowly release. So those were some yoga poses to help relieve bloating. I hope you found they were helpful. Jackie, Jackie's Yoga. Thanks.
