When I talk to people about physical fitness I tell them that you have to, you got to be in the present moment. You have to believe you can achieve the goals you want to achieve. Forget about your past. Because in the past programs you've done you weren't able to lose weight. And by thinking that way you bring that way of thinking into your present. And it's going to be hard to remove that way of thinking when you are trying to lose weight in the future. So if you are doing pushups, if you are doing situps. If you are walking up hill which is one of my favorite things to do when it comes to losing weight. Know, don't think, don't bring your past just know that you have the ability to reach your goals. So for instance take in consideration your breathing. The length of your steps. The time to rest. Because there's going to be a time you are going to need to rest.
