Today's question, How do you tone and burn underarm fat? Any time you hear the words burn you want to get on a treadmill, you want to do something that's related to cardiovascular. Because that's how you are going to start to tone that. But also you want to do is a lot of repetitions pushups. You know and I say this all the time cause I think it's a great exercise. So if you can get on your knees. Put your, try to put your thumbs together and just do short push-ups. And get up in the morning and do these three, four times a day if you can. You can do 20 pushups in the morning, 20 pushups at noon. And then 20 pushups at night. Until you can get to the point where you can do you know, get to a 100. But this is a perfect way to tone. Another thing you'd like to do are triceps. Every gym has a tricep pulldown machine. And basically you go over there, you get on the machine and you are going to get what they call a rope grip. Because at the bottom when you pull down in the rope grip you pull here and then you split it at the bottom. And when you split it at the bottom you really tighten these triceps.
