Hi there, Jackie here of Jackie's Yoga Seattle. Today, talking about some simple Yoga poses for kids. So, to start out with some of the simple poses, we're going to do a little Rock and Roll. So, to start, they're just going to come to a seat, take a grab behind the thighs and we're going to rock and roll. So, as they start to hover the toes and balance, they're going to pull their chest through, squeeze the arms, so nice and strong. And as they exhale, they're going to rock all the way back, try to touch the toes back behind them. And as they inhale, they're going to pull up, ooh, to reach the chest through and hover the toes. So, after they do that several times, you're going to come to a Supported Child's Pose. So, they're going to come, bring the big toes together and open the knees. And as they settle back to the heels, to define the Supported Child's Pose, maybe find a blankie or a nice pillow that they like. Come to lay here, I have a blanket here. And just come to get cozy here as they relax, down. And as they take a few breaths there, really try to have them heavy themselves and relax. The next thing that I would suggest, is coming to a Butterfly Pose. So, as they come back to their seat, they're going to come all the way back to lie down. Soles of their feet come together, and the knees start to come open. And this time, open up the palm, let the shoulders just relax down. And then, as they inhale, they can lift the knees, as they exhale, they come lower. So, just coming in and out, trying to heavy and relax as they exhale. And as they inhale, they can flutter their butterfly wings, and lower back down. So, those were some simple Yoga poses for kids, I hope you found they were helpful. I'm Jackie of Jackie's Yoga Seattle, thanks.
