Hey, I'm Jay McLeod, the professional women's fitness trainer. Today, I'm going to talk to you about how to tighten the muscles under your armpits ok. If you are trying to bring your sexy back this is how you are going to do it ok. First off your muscles under your armpits are made of three muscles. Your teres major, teres minor, and your latissimus dorsi. I've got two great exercises for you. The first one grab a medicine ball or a dumbbell ok and we are going to do pullovers. You are going to begin with your arms full extended. Chest over a bench ok. Slight bend in your elbows. You are going to inhale, slowly lower the dumbbell or medicine ball behind your head. Pause, exhale and pull that medicine ball right back over your chest. The second exercise I have for you is seated row. Seated cable rows, one of my personal favorites to really tighten up your back. Okay you are going to grab a neutral grip bar. Place your feet on the foot rest. Knees slightly bent. Now what I like to do is I like to lean forward from the waist really stretching out my lats ok. As you come back you are going to inhale, pull that bar to your stomach. Lift your chest up. Okay inhale, hold for a count one to two. And relax and repeat. Now remember every time you step foot in a gym I want you to ask yourself how bad do you want it.
