My name is AJ Tucker, I'm gonna show you a 21 minute ab exercise. The concept that I'm gonna show you today is simple but effective. Normally when you go to an ab exercise class they show 20 to 30 different ab exercise, totally confusing you and you may not hit quite the intensity that you want. You may not have the proper form but we're gonna use 2 exercises and make sure that we perfect our form. So the format that you want to use you go, you alternate in between 2 exercises and you take 1 minute off for several rounds. So for example, I'll lay on my back and I do 1 ab exercise one full minute. I'll set my timer. Then I'll immediately switch to the next exercise and go 1 full minute and then after 2 minutes I'll take a full minute break. At first it won't feel like you need the 1 minute rest but towards round 5,6, and 7 you will definitely feel the love and that is my simple but effective way for a 21 minute ab exercise.
