My name is AJ Tucker. I'm going to show you a cardio exercise that tones the butt. The reason behind this is I may not have time to go on a long run, I don't want to do a full cardio, I need my cardio but I want to tone my butt at the same time. So I'm going to show you how to do the power jack and put it inside an interval of a high knee. For my set up all I need is a piece of real estate. It's a body weight exercise where I'm using two different exercises. So the power jack I start out with my feet close together, I'm going to hop out, my feet are going to go wide and I go down as deep as I can to a squat and then I hop back to the start position so they look like this, down, up, down and up, and after 15 seconds to 60 seconds I'm going to switch to the high knee where I'm running in place with my knees up high. After 15 seconds to 1 minute then I go back to the power jack. And if you're a beginner you can set it up 15 and 15. If you are intermediate to advanced you can go one minute power jack and one minute on the high knee.
