I'm AJ Tucker. I'm going to show you bicep exercises with the pull-up bar. Whenever I use the pull-up bar to work out my biceps, it's a great thing to do when I don't have a lot of equipment on-hand and all I have is a bar and I don't have a lot of time. So, the exercise that I'm going to show you today is the close arm underhand pull-up. In order to do this exercise, you will start out with a close arm underhand grip. If my arms are wide, I'm hitting my lats. If I bring my arms in tight, I'm hitting more of my biceps. I'm going to lower myself all the way down, stretching out those biceps. And then, I'm going to pull myself all the way up. And, I'm still working my back, but I'm really attaching my bicep with this exercise. Lower myself on the way down under control, and then I'm going to pull myself up as fast as I can. So, whenever I do this exercise, there are so many ways that you can do it. One of my favorite things to do is a pyramid. I start it out doing 10 reps, and I take a short rest. Nine reps, take a short rest. And, I work my way all the way down to one repetition.
