So the question for today is how do you tone your arms and shrink your ta-tas. Now I've never had that question before because most women want to have a voluptuous body and a voluptuous bustline, but we will answer that question for you. So how to tone your arms, basic simple exercise, bicep curls, here. I have five-pound dumbbells. You could go up to ten but you want to make sure that you are doing more reps versus a heavier weight. You could do, for the outer head of that bicep and you could also do my favorite exercise which is 21. So 21s you're actually going to go all the way up for seven, then you're going to go halfway up for seven and then you're going to come all the way up and then halfway down for another seven. So you could do that in the front position and the side bicep position. Triceps my absolute favorite, you could turn to the side, you're going to extend your arms so that your palms are facing up and you are sticking your chest out and squeezing that chest, almost as if you are actually skiing. Now that's one tricep extension. I like to actually keep my arms straight and take those arms right back behind you and sticking that chest out again as much as you can, really working your tricep. Now we're going to talk about shrinking the ta-tas. So I'm actually going to get on the floor so you want to get to the floor safely. So you want to pretend like you are hugging a tree, that's one exercise for shrinking the ta-tas or shrinking those boobies. The next exercise, push-ups, everybody hates them but they are actually very effective for an upper body exercise. So you're going to take your hands outside of your mat or your towel, make sure that you have something supporting your knees and you want to get your collarbone to the ground to really work your chest but the most important thing to really shrinking your ta-tas is you want to lose weight overall because your breasts are actually fat tissue, so if you are decreasing your fat on what you are actually putting in your body then eventually your ta-tas will go down.
