Hey, this is Madison Chase, your trainer to the stars and the star in you. So how do you get fab abs? How do you get a flat stomach? I get this question a million times from all kinds of people in all kinds of walks of life. So I've got a cute little acronym, it's called fab right? So you want to get fabulous abs. The first letter is F, so you have to make sure that you have lots of fruits and vegetables. No processed foods, try to get local fruits and vegetables from a local farmer and make sure that they are certified organic and check out "The Dirty Dozen and the Clean 15" and it will give you a great indication of what fruits and vegetables you should be buying organic and what fruits and vegetables you can kind of get away with if they are not organic. The next A, activity, you want to stay active, you want to make sure that you are burning calories. There's no secret exercise that you can do to get fabulous abs, it's really just staying active and making sure that you are eating those fruits and vegetables and the last acronym is B, be accountable and be open to letting someone hold you accountable whether it's a certified celebrity personal trainer like myself or if it's your best friend or your co-worker. So you want fab abs, remember F for fruits and vegetables, A for staying active, whether you are working out, walking with a friend, hiking, biking, playing kickball, walking your dog, whatever it is, stay active and B, be open to having someone hold you accountable to making sure that you are getting results and you are staying active and you are burning calories and most importantly, eat fresh fruits and vegetables so that means no fast food, if you can avoid it and eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
