And today, we're going to talk about how to get upper stomach abs like better cuts in your upper stomach. So, I wish I could say that were like a series of really fantastic exercises and there are some great exercises to really target your upper abdominals. But, the most important thing that you can actually do for your stomach and your abs is to make sure that you're putting the right things in your body. So, you want to make sure you're getting, that you're getting your fruits and vegetables, that you're staying active, more active than what you're actually putting in your body and that you really having someone to hold you accountable to make sure that you're getting the results and that you're thinking about total health and wellness because if you actually take care of your heart, meaning that you're getting cardiovascular activity, that you're staying moving and staying active whether you're working out in the gym or whether you're just hanging out with your friends and going dancing and working up the sweat. You just want to make sure that you're staying active as well as doing exercises that really targets your abs. So, there are three things that you can really do to really focus on your upper abdominals. So, you can definitely do most crunches, really focus on your abs, but the most important thing that I want you to do is really think about using your abs. You can be driving in your car and really think about sucking them in and making them work. That's the best, most-effective exercise you can actually do for your upper abs is use them every single day and every single way.
