I'm going to walk this way, I'm going to come back. So I'm not tightening my butt, I'm just walking. Okay so now I'm going to tighten my butt and I want you to see if you can see a difference. I'm actually squeezing each butt cheek as I actually walk. So every time I step I'm squeezing my butt. So, you could be the judge but I actually absolutely positively know that that's how my bottom got bigger because I actually like to squeeze my butt as I'm walking. So the answer to the question is absolutely yes. Now the question is how often and how frequently are you actually doing it. Are you doing it every single day?
