Hi, it's Madison Chase, your trainer to the stars and the star in you helping you be your absolute individual best every single day by changing your heart and watching a healthier body follow. So the question for today is why is my back sore after a run, job and/or sprint. Now that could be a couple of different reasons why you are getting sore in your lower back. It could be the surfaces that you are actually running on and/or it could be the shoes that you are actually using while you are running, sprinting or jogging. So you want to make sure that those two things are actually being protected. So you want to protect your knees, your lower back and your hips and your ankles while you are running. So make sure that the surfaces that you are actually running on if you are running on a treadmill, that's the absolute best when you are talking about sprinting or running because the treadmill actually absorbs a lot of the shock that your body will encounter and making sure that you are either running on grass and/or dirt and/or a track is the best alternative if you are doing outdoor running, jogging or actually sprinting and last but not least you want to make sure that you have really great running shoes. My all time favorite shoes to actually run in are Asics or New Balance. So I'm Madison Chase your trainer to the stars and the star in you helping you be your absolute very best every single day by changing your heart and watching a fit body follow.
