I'm Tanya Eberhardt, and this is yoga exercises to gain height. Yoga exercises to gain height will help you gain a few extra inches. By practicing the pose prasarita padottanasana you will reverse the application of gravity on your spine and create a natural spinal traction. This will help you create space in between your vertebrae and help you gain a few extra inches. Step out wide and bring your arms out to a T. Tuck the tailbone under and engage your abdominals. Lead with the sternum, hinge at the hips and come all the way down towards the floor. Grab either the back of your calves, your ankles, or bind your big toe with your index and middle finger. If you can bend your elbows and reach the chin towards the floor lengthening the spine. So remember you are creating space in between each vertebrae. If your head comes to the floor bring your feet closer together. And if your head doesn't touch the floor widen your stance. Hold the pose for six long and deep breaths. Deepening the stretch with every exhale. To come up release the legs, toes or calves. And engage the abdominals and tuck the tailbone under. Come all the way to standing.
