We all know how important it is to get all of that water in throughout the day so you can feel hydrated so you can be hydrated, which makes for a healthier less fatigued you, but it gets difficult to carry around water and always getting the required amount. So some healthy foods you can do as an alternative are one, fruits. Very simple. Because fruits are water based, they're healthy, and you're going to get hydrated from those fruits. The other obvious one, the great one is vegetables. Especially water based vegetables, like cucumbers, celery, anything water based is a great healthy alternative to water. Then juice. But you want to make sure you do real either vegetable or fruit juice, not the commercially processed ones with lots of extra sugar. But real juice and real smoothies is another option where you can take whole fruits and vegetables, put them in a blender, make a smoothie, you'll get your water from that. And the last thing is water based foods like a salad or adding chopped vegetables to your meals.
