I'm Morris Brossette, and this is how to avoid glycogen loss and burn fat. Okay guys this one we can talk about for awhile. There are several things we can do. First and foremost is your nutrition ok. You want to actually go on a little bit lower carbohydrate type diet with moderate protein. And actually higher fat. That's going to teach your body to use more fat for fuel on a regular basis during training and when you're not training. So when you exercise your body will have that fat to burn for energy more so then the carbohydrates ok. The second thing you can do is train in an aerobic pace zone ok. So running too fast, running too hard you are going to go into an anaerobic state where your body is going to be forced to burn glycogen for fuel. So staying in an anaerobic zone is going to give you the best opportunity to burn more fat for fuel. Then you can do different things like cold thermogenesis, taking ice baths. That's a great way to teach your body to actually conserve glycogen and to use fat for fuel. So those are three simple things that you can do to avoid glycogen loss and burn fat.
