Hi, I'm Cary Williams, and I'm going to be going over outer leg raises. So the benefit obviously is going to be working your outer thigh and your glutes. So this is really gonna elongate your legs and make them look very, very sexy. So what we're gonna do first is lay down and you can, you can place your hand behind your head if it feels comfortable, you can also lay flat down if you'd like, put your arm out. I prefer to just kind of prop my head up with my hand. You'll have your, your leg that's on the mat. I'm in a boxing ring so this is a mat in a boxing ring but you have a mat at home, on the carpet, wherever you're doing it. You can just lay down on the floor. So here I have this leg bent here and I'm going to extend the top leg and all I'm gonna be doing is lifting that leg up. You're gonna really tighten your glutes, the outer thighs here. You're gonna feel it when you press up and bring it back down. So again it's up and down and the longer you hold it up you're really gonna feel it behind here behind your bum and your glutes and down. So basically what you're doing is maybe 25 on one side and then flip it over and do 25 on the other side and bam. Nice felt bum, outer thighs, it works everything.
